The Australian Resuscitation Council
The Australian Resuscitation Council is a
voluntary organisation that acts as the peak
body to represent all major groups involved
in the teaching and practice of resuscitation.
ANZCOR is the regional representative in the International
Liaison Committee on Resuscitation. It is comprised of
the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) and the New
Zealand Resuscitation Council (NZRC)
Guidelines
The Australian Resuscitation Council produces guidelines to meet its objectives in fostering uniformity and simplicity in resuscitation techniques and terminology.
Courses
The Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Advanced Life Support (ALS) course is a standardised national course that teaches evidence based resuscitation guidelines and skills to healthcare professionals in Australia.
Flowcharts and Infographics
Life support flow charts and infographics are provided free of charge by The Australian Resuscitation Council as a service to the community.
