Australian Resuscitation Council Request for Proposal (RFP): Contracted ARC ALS Instructor Course Centres
Following an external review of our Advanced Life Support (ALS) Instructor training programs, the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) is seeking to contract existing ARC accredited ALS2 Course Providers to partner in establishing Instructor Course Centres across Australia to meet ALS Instructor training needs.
Under this partnership model contracted Centres will be responsible for providing the venue, equipment, and catering for each Instructor Course, whilst the ARC will be responsible for registration, distribution of course materials, certification and organising the Course Faculty.
Each Centre will be required to deliver a number (to be agreed) of courses per annum, delivered during weekends and weekdays, with a minimum of 16 and a maximum 32 candidates in each course.
Request for Proposals (RFP)
ARC accredited ALS2 Course Providers interested in partnering to establish Instructor Provider Course Centres should review the specifications and complete the RFP response form.
Whilst it is expected that most of these Centres will operate from existing static facilities, the ARC welcomes submissions from Providers interested in the development of mobile instructor capability to enable equity of access and the provision of outreach Instructor courses for isolated communities.
