ANZCOR Press Release: Resus Guidelines Refine Best Practice (40 KB)
Are you looking for the new resuscitation guidelines? Don’t worry – you’ve come to the right place! ANZCOR guidelines will be released on 13 January 2016.
ANZCOR is the Australian and New Zealand Committee on Resuscitation, of which the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) and New Zealand Resuscitation Council (NZRC) are its members. Through ANZCOR, Australian and New Zealand interests are represented on the International Liaison Committee of Resuscitation (ILCOR ).
ANZCOR guidelines replace earlier ARC/NZRC guidelines and are endorsed by both Councils. ANZCOR guidelines are informed by peer-reviewed international evidence. No matter who you are as a rescuer – bystander, first aider, first responder or health care professional – ANZCOR guidelines facilitate a standard approach to resuscitation best practice in Australia and New Zealand.
ANZCOR guidelines and algorithms will be released on 13 January 2016 and will be freely available from this website.
